- Part I: Beginning third of the form, from Raise Hands to Diagonal Single Whip.
- Part II: Middle third of the form, from Diagonal Single Whip to Bend and Punch.
- Part III: Final third of the form, from Bend and Punch to Conclusion.
- Form Review: Review of the Tai Chi Form.
- Tai Chi Theory: Continued Tai Chi practice for those who have completed the Tai Chi Form, includes physical practice of the Tai Chi concepts.
- Tai Chi Meditation: Continued Tai Chi practice for those who have completed the Tai Chi Form, includes meditation and Chi Kung.
- Weapons Class: Sabre and Long Sword Form class for those who have completed the Tai Chi Form.
- Pushing Hands: Beginners through Advanced students.
Tai Chi Form Class Start Dates
Beginner Tai Chi Form Classes in Meriden start at different times during the year.
New class information can be found on the Home page, or contact
the school for dates and information.
Tai Chi Weapons
The requirement for enrolling in weapons classes is completion of a Tai Chi Empty Hand Form.
Currently, the Long Sword and Sabre (Broadsword) Forms are offered.
Sensing Hands and Pushing Hands
The Sensing Hands and Pushing Hands classes are ongoing (please call for information).
Private Sessions
Private sessions are available by appointment.
Branch Programs
Tai Chi classes, run in ten-week and 12-week sessions, are offered at various Connecticut locations.

Weekend Workshops
Weekend workshops, featuring guest Tai Chi Masters and instructors, on various topics in Tai Chi are
