Directions to CCTCC
From New Britain/Kensington:
Follow Route 71 South (Chamberlain Highway) toward Meriden. At the end is West Main Street (McDonalds across street). Take a left onto West Main Street and continue until you come to Dunkin' Donuts and you must turn right (one way). You are now going down Cook Avenue. Continue straight on Cook Avenue, past hospital on right. You will see Rousseau's Gas Station on right. Continue to the 2nd traffic light after Rousseau's; you have now merged with Old Colony Road. Go straight to the 2nd traffic light and take a left onto Hall Ave. The DAV Hall is about 1/10th mile on your left just past the bridge.
From North (Hartford):
Take I-91 South to Exit 18 onto I-691 West to Exit 8 (Broad Street, Route 5). Continue with "From Exit 8".
From South (New Haven):
Take I-91 North to Exit 17 to I-691 West via Exit 68W to Exit 8 (Broad Street, Route 5). Continue with "From Exit 8".
From East (Middletown):
Take Route 66 to I-691 West in Meriden to Exit 8 (Broad Street, Route 5). Continue with "From Exit 8".
From West (Southington):
Take I-691 East to Exit 8 (Broad Street, Route 5). Continue with "From Exit 8".
From Exit 8:
At end of the ramp, take a left onto Broad Street (Route 5) and follow straight through five traffic lights. At sixth traffic light, look for the Food Bag/Citgo store on the opposite right corner. Take a right onto Hall Ave. and go almost to the bottom of the hill. The DAV Hall is on your right just before the bridge.
Alternate from South (New Haven/New York City):
Take I-91 North to Exit 15 (Route 68, Durham, Yalesville). At the end of the exit, take a left onto Route 68, toward Yalesville. Drive approximately 3 miles (you will have passed under an overpass) to a traffic light at the intersection of Route 150 (Mobil gas station on left corner). Take a right onto Route 150 and continue approximately 3/10ths of a mile to intersection with Route 71 (BP gas station on left corner). Take a left onto Route 71 and drive approximately 1-3/4 miles to the traffic light at Hall Ave. The DAV Hall is about 1/10th mile on your left just past the bridge.
Alternate using Route 15 (Merritt Parkway) from North or South:
Take Exit 66 (Route 5, Wallingford) off Route 15. Take a right off the exit onto Route 5 North. Proceed about 1/2 mile to second traffic light (Buick dealer on left). Take a left at that light and continue to stop sign at end of road. Take a left onto Route 150 and go under a single-lane stone bridge. Take a right immediately after that underpass onto Route 71 (BP gas station on left corner) and drive approximately 1-3/4 miles to the traffic light at Hall Ave. The DAV Hall is about 1/10th mile on your left just past the bridge.
